Per project. After a short call we send a one-page scope with samples, protocols, deliverables, timeline and a fixed price. Interim data is available on request and the raw data is delivered with the report.

Every instrument comes with Standard support for 12 months: installation, commissioning, operator training, updates and remote assistance in business hours. Extended and Production tiers add preventive maintenance, calibration and faster response, and can be purchased with the instrument or before Standard support expires.

A plan is a written service agreement with response and resolution times by severity, a monthly fee and an allowance of development hours. It covers software we have built, our own products and systems we have taken over after review.

Sometimes. If the instrument is a model we supply and we can obtain parts and documentation from the manufacturer, we will quote for it after an initial inspection.

Orders from Thailand receive a Thai tax invoice issued to the company name and tax identification number provided at checkout. Prices in the Bangkok store exclude 7% VAT, which is added at checkout. Canadian orders are taxed by delivery province.

Restricted substances are supplied by quotation only. Add them to a quote request, tell us the quantity and the permits you hold, and we respond with pricing, lead time and the documentation required.
