RateRadar is one of our biggest projects here at Maple Synapse in which application development, web design, and digital marketing are all done in-house. We set out to make reviews more meaningful. Instead of just sharing opinions with no real benefit, users now earn rewards every time they leave a review for their favourite merchants, whether it’s points, special deals, or discounts. It’s a win for customers and businesses alike. We’ve worked with businesses all across Canada, in major cities, to help them build stronger connections with their customers through more authentic feedback.

The Problem:

Reviews That Don’t Do Much

Most review platforms are pretty dull. Fake reviews are everywhere; businesses don’t always act on feedback, and there’s not a lot of reason for users to leave good reviews. That’s exactly what we wanted to change. With RateRadar, we made reviews fun again. Now, users get points back for their time and opinions in which they can redeem for in-app discounts offered by selected merchants. This makes it easier for them to leave honest feedback. And businesses get real, useful reviews that actually help them improve.
