1. Eligibility

The Referral Program is open to individuals and businesses who refer new clients to Maple Synapse Inc. for services, including but not limited to website design, online store development, web applications, custom software development, and product or location photography.

Referrers must be at least 18 years of age.

Employees, contractors, and partners of Maple Synapse Inc., as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program.

2. Referral Process

Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on the Maple Synapse website or any other authorized platform specified by Maple Synapse.

A referral is considered valid only if the referred client has not previously engaged with Maple Synapse, submitted inquiries, or been included in any ongoing communication with Maple Synapse prior to the referral submission.

The referrer must ensure the referred client consents to being referred and contacted by Maple Synapse.

3. Referral Rewards

Referrers will receive a reward equivalent to 10% of the total project value (before VAT) for successful referrals.

A successful referral is defined as a referred client who completes a project purchase, and Maple Synapse receives full payment for the project.

Rewards will be paid only after all project milestones are completed and the project has been deemed finalized by Maple Synapse.

Payments will be transferred directly to the referrer’s bank account. The referrer must provide accurate banking details to receive the payment.

4. Project Eligibility

Referral rewards apply to all services offered by Maple Synapse, including but not limited to corporate website design, online store websites, web applications, custom software development, and product or location photography.

Referral rewards are not applicable for advertising fees, annual subscriptions, or other recurring service charges.

5. No Minimum Requirement

Referrers are not required to meet any sales targets or quotas to earn rewards. There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make.

6. Payments

Referral rewards will be paid within 30 business days of receipt of full payment from the referred client, subject to all conditions of the Referral Program being met.

Payments may be subject to delays if banking details provided are inaccurate or incomplete.

Maple Synapse reserves the right to withhold payment if any fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of terms is identified.

7. Exclusions

Referral rewards will not be granted for existing clients of Maple Synapse, including those who have had any prior communication, project discussions, or service agreements with Maple Synapse.

Rewards are not applicable for projects or services that are cancelled, refunded, or otherwise terminated before completion.

8. Changes to the Program

Maple Synapse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

Any changes to the program will be communicated through the official Maple Synapse website. Referrals submitted prior to changes will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of submission.

9. Liability

Maple Synapse is not liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from participation in the Referral Program.

Referrers are solely responsible for understanding and meeting their tax obligations in connection with any referral rewards received.

10. Privacy and Data Collection

By participating in the Referral Program, referrers agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information for both themselves and the referred client.

Personal data collected during the referral process will be used exclusively for the Referral Program and related communications. Maple Synapse will not share this information with third parties without consent.

11. Agreement

By submitting a referral, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Maple Synapse reserves the right to refuse or revoke referral rewards in cases of non-compliance with these terms.

Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety.
