How a project runs
Every project starts with a short, paid discovery that produces a scope you own whether or not you continue with us. A fixed price covers the first phase; the estimate for later phases narrows as each one closes. Delivery is staged, tested against real data and handed over with documentation.
Support and maintenance
Software we build, and our own products, are supported under a written plan.
- Hosting and operations. Google Cloud infrastructure with monitoring, backups, access control and audit logging.
- Updates. Security patches, dependency upgrades and compatibility fixes applied on a schedule and tested before release.
- Incident response. Response and resolution targets by severity, a named engineer on every incident and a written summary afterwards.
- Continuous improvement. A monthly allowance of development hours for small changes, integrations and reports.
- Taking over existing systems. We can assume responsibility for software built by others after a review of the code, infrastructure and documentation.
