Equipment for energy storage research and production
We supply and support the instruments used to make and test batteries and other energy storage devices, from a university coin cell line to a pilot production floor.
- Cell testing. Battery cyclers, potentiostats and impedance analysers, from single-channel research units to high-channel-count formation and grading systems.
- Environmental. Temperature and climatic chambers, thermal abuse and safety test equipment.
- Materials and electrode preparation. Mixers, coaters, drying ovens, calenders and slitters.
- Cell assembly. Glove boxes, coin cell crimpers, pouch cell sealers, winders, stackers and electrolyte filling systems.
- Inspection. Thickness gauges, moisture analysers, leak testers and X-ray or optical inspection.
What every instrument includes
Every instrument sold through our Bangkok store comes with standard support for the first year: delivery, installation and commissioning, operator training, software and firmware updates, and remote assistance during business hours. Standard support can be extended before it expires, or upgraded to a higher tier at any time.
Servicing and calibration
- Preventive maintenance. Scheduled visits following the manufacturer's procedure, consumables replacement and a service report for your quality records.
- Calibration. Channel accuracy, temperature and dimensional calibration against traceable references, with certificates suitable for ISO 17025 and IATF 16949 audits.
- Repair. Fault diagnosis on site or remotely, spare parts sourced through the manufacturer, and loan channels or units where available.
- Relocation and recommissioning. Decommissioning, transport and reinstallation when a laboratory or line moves.
- Training. Operator and maintenance training at installation and through our workshop programme.
